"TOP KONSERV" SJC
The company was established in 1997, as the legal successor of the Yagoda Canning Plant - Yambol. The company is equipped with modern machines from Urschel and Proctor and skillfully defends its claims to be the largest and most modern enterprise for the production of dried fruits and vegetables in Bulgaria.
The production capacity is a total of 650 tons per year.
“Top Konserv” also has a canning and sterile workshop with the ability to can vegetables (peeled and unpeeled tomatoes, gherkins, etc.), as well as various types of compotes, with a production capacity of approximately 500 tons per year.
The factory traditionally exports its finished products to Japan, as well as to European countries.
In order to meet generally accepted quality requirements, “Top Konserv” is certified according to ISO 9001-2000.
From vegetables, the team has perfected its methods especially in processing onions:
- dried onions in all its varieties:
– in slices
– crushed
– onion granola
– onion flour
– green onions and leeks
- cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes;
- red bell pepper (striped and diced)
- red pepper;
- spices;
From fruits, the company specializes in drying mainly prunes, apples and apricots.
