Die-cutting of aluminum lids is the final production process for the product "yogurt lids". The requirements of the rapidly developing packaging market, as well as the intense competition in this sector, necessitate the mastery of a wide range of technical and technological processes.

 

Elena Group Bulgaria has invested in 7 highly efficient die-cutting machines from renowned German companies, 2 of which are next-generation with automatic adjustment, enabling high production capacity. The production capacities also allow for die-cutting of beer labels.

 

Main operating parameters:

 

· Working width of the aluminum foil roll: 190 mm and 502 mm;

· Working thickness of the aluminum foil: in the range of 0.029 mm to 0.040 mm; (Note: The original says 0,29 мик to 0,40 мик – likely a typo for 0,029 to 0,040 mm, as earlier text showed 0.029-0.045 mm)

· Diameters of the die-cutting tool / diameters of the aluminum lid: 75.5 mm and 95.5 mm;

· Embossing of the aluminum lid:  worm embossment /standard/  and  needle embossment /s mooth/.
